aq9999 Terms and Conditions

Please read all the following terms carefully before using this platform. By registering or logging in to aq9999, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between aq9999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By using this service through the aq9999 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you agree to fully accept all the terms set out below.

aq9999 operates an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms have been prepared in English so that all members can understand them easily. In the event of a dispute, this version shall be considered the authoritative document.

Important: These terms may be updated from time to time. The date of each update will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.

Alongside these terms, aq9999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also form part of your use of the platform. Together, these three documents make up our complete agreement with you.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

For those aged 21 and above only

To open an account on aq9999 and use any game or betting service, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to become a member of aq9999:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You are not accessing from a country or jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You are opening the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
  • You have a valid and active payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account).
  • You have not previously been permanently banned from aq9999.
Warning: If an account is opened with false information or with a concealed age, all balances in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration

To register on aq9999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

Account Security

  • Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Do not share your account information with anyone or allow anyone else to use your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support immediately.
  • You are responsible for all transactions made on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

aq9999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

Please note: The name registered on your account must match the name on your payment method. Deposits or withdrawals from a payment method under a different name will not be accepted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

Funds can be deposited on aq9999 using the following methods:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — mobile banking
  • Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other bank transfers
Minimum deposit: ৳500 — the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain circumstances).
  • The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

aq9999 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for fraud prevention or security verification purposes. In such cases, the member will be notified promptly and the funds will be released once the necessary verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members on aq9999 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times (15x wagering requirement).

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

Example 2: If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each member may receive each promotion only once.
  • Bonuses may only be used on games and bets approved on aq9999.
  • Bets placed on certain games may not count in full toward bonus wagering — please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.
  • It is the member's responsibility to read the full terms before claiming a bonus.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
  • aq9999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

VIP Cashback Program

Regular members can receive weekly cashback through the VIP program. There are four tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The criteria for moving up a tier depend on your gaming activity and level of engagement on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting services on aq9999 are operated through third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used on these platforms to ensure fair play.

General Betting Rules

  • Once a game has started, bets cannot be cancelled (except in the case of a technical error).
  • The result recorded in the aq9999 system will be considered final.
  • If the internet connection is lost, the game result will be saved in the system.
  • Winnings resulting from a software error or bug will be considered void.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, local leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. Odds on live matches are subject to change. aq9999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for specific events.

Fair Play: aq9999 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. If you have a dispute regarding the result of any game, you must notify support within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

  • Attempting to gain bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
  • Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.
  • Placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system or software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Coordinating bonus strategies with other members (arbitrage betting).
  • Using obscene, threatening, or abusive language.
Consequences: If prohibited activity is detected, aq9999 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by aq9999

aq9999 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of these terms.
  • If identity verification has not been completed.
  • In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
  • After a prolonged period of inactivity (1 year or more).

Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact us via live chat or email. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. You may apply to rejoin at a later time.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. Once this request has been processed, reactivating the account will not be straightforward.

9 Responsible Gaming

  • If your account information is shared with others by you or someone you have authorized.
  • If the service needs to be changed or discontinued due to applicable laws or regulations.

aq9999's total liability shall in no case exceed the actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) in your account.

Warning: Winnings from gaming are not guaranteed. There is a possibility of both winning and losing in all bets and games.

12 Changes to Terms

aq9999 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or platform notifications. The date of changes will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If any change is not acceptable to you, stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
