aq9999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
We believe that enjoyable gaming should always be safe and controlled. Your protection is our first priority.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
At aq9999, we see online gaming as an entertaining experience — just like watching a film or playing cricket. But we also know that for some people gaming can become a problem. That is why aq9999 always places the highest importance on responsible gaming principles.
The core goal of our responsible gaming policy is to provide you with the right information, useful tools, and the support you need — so that you can stay in control at all times. We believe that informed play creates a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Before registering at aq9999, please keep in mind: this platform is only for adults aged 21 and above. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and we follow a strict age verification policy.
⚠️ Remember: Gambling is a form of entertainment only. Never use living expenses, savings, or borrowed money to play. If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact our support team right away.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
- Gaming is for entertainment only — not a source of income
- Set a budget and stick to it
- Do not try to chase your losses
- Do not play while drinking or under mental stress
- Take breaks when needed and seek help if required
Our Protection Tools
aq9999 provides several effective tools to help you keep your gaming under control. These tools make your experience safer and more enjoyable.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount. This feature helps you stay within budget and avoid overspending. The minimum deposit amount at aq9999 is just ৳500.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out option. You can temporarily suspend gaming activity on your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. You will not be able to log in during the time-out period.
Self-Exclusion
If a gaming problem becomes serious, use our self-exclusion program. This feature allows you to block yourself from any gaming activity on aq9999 for the long term — from several months to permanently. Once this decision takes effect, it cannot easily be reversed.
Session Reminders
At aq9999 you can set session time limits. After the specified time you will be automatically reminded of how long you have been playing. Time awareness is a very important part of responsible gaming.
Loss Limit Setting
You can set a maximum loss limit. Once that limit is reached, your session will end automatically. This feature protects you from unnecessary financial loss and helps with responsible budget management.
Account History Review
Review your deposits, withdrawals, and gaming history at any time. Analyse your spending patterns to make informed decisions. Transparency and accountability are the foundations of responsible gaming.
